Parents must determine the custody arrangement for their children. In some cases, one parent will have primary physical custody of the children, and the other parent will have partial physical custody. In other cases, both parents will enjoy joint physical custody. Each individual case must be treated differently, based on the needs of the children. The Custody Law in Pennsylvania is based on the Best Interests of the Children.
The primary goal is for parents to design a custody schedule that is in the best interest of their children. If you can come to an agreement, your attorney at the Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley will draft a Custody Agreement, which will be filed with the Court to become a Custody Order. If you are not able to come to an agreement, we will fight for you and your children in Court to obtain a Custody Order that is in the best interests of your children.
