Jennifer J. Riley

Attorney Riley is an experienced negotiator and a tireless litigator who will work hard to secure stability for you and your family. She is a strong, zealous advocate for her clients inside and outside the courtroom, and will offer honest, thoughtful, and strategic solutions for legal problems.

Attorney Riley is the first person in her family to attend college.  While working full-time, she attended school full-time, earning her undergraduate and graduate degree (M.A.) at Villanova University and her law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.  In law school, she focused her studies on Trial Advocacy. She was a member of the acclaimed National Trial Team, and a finalist at the National Ethics Trial Competition in Sacramento, California. She was awarded several honors, including the award for Outstanding Oral Advocacy, and the Victor A. Jaczun Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.  She also served as her class Vice President.

Attorney Riley has been recognized as one of SuperLawyer’s "Rising Stars" in Pennsylvania, an honor awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys. She received this honor, as published in Philadelphia Magazine, for nine (9) consecutive years, specifically, 2012-2020. She has also received the “Friend of Education” Award from the Souderton Area School District as a result of her founding and coaching their competitive Mock Trial Team.

Attorney Riley believes attorneys must have a commitment to serve their communities. She provides free consultations at community resource centers, is a volunteer advocate for the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project, and is a fundraiser for the Alzheimer’s Association. She is a frequent contributor to and public speaker at schools and local    community events.

In addition to her service to the local community, Attorney Riley is a co-author of Custody Law and Practice  in Pennsylvania, PBI Press, 2013 (and updated 2015), as well as Drafting Marital Settlement Agreements, PBI Press, 2019. She co-teaches Continuing Legal Education classes for attorneys and offers free classes through local communities on navigating the family law world for those facing divorce or custody issues.  She also wrote “High Tech Cures for the Low Budget Case” for the American Bar Association, and publishes and speaks on social media, technology, and family law.

Attorney Riley enjoys traveling, hiking, and kayaking across this beautiful country.
