Matthew F. Fox
Attorney Matthew F. Fox brings over 20 years of legal experience as a Family Law Attorney to our firm. Known for his dedication to providing high-quality legal services, Matt has represented clients in divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, spousal support, child custody, and child support matters. He joined our firm as Senior Counsel, eager to share his extensive knowledge and wisdom as a seasoned family law litigator with our clients.
Education: Matt earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law.
Experience: Before joining our firm, Matt worked as an Associate and later as a Partner at a prominent local law firm, where he served as Partner in the Family Law section. In 2013, he opened a private practice to better serve his clients, further honing his expertise in family law.

Recognition and Professional Involvement: Matt has been recognized by his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® Rising Star from 2005 to 2008. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association (MBA), having served on various committees, including the Child Advocacy Committee and General Practice Committee. He also served as Co-Chair of the Equitable Distribution and Support Sub-Committees.
Personal Interests: Beyond his legal practice, Matt is committed to community service. He serves as a mentor in the school-based mentoring program of the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Montgomery County. He is also involved in several organizations, including the Ancient Order of Hibernians Notre Dame Division, the St. Pius X Council of the Knights of Columbus, and the Souderton-Harleysville Fish, Game and Forestry Association.
