Vishal J. Dobaria

Vishal J. Dobaria is an experienced attorney who has been practicing law for over a decade. Vishal focuses his practice in the areas of Family Law. Vishal represents clients in all aspects of family law practice, including representing clients in matters involving divorce, custody, and support.​

Additionally, Vishal is experienced in business transactions and business formation. He represents small business owners and focuses his work on acquisition of property, assets, leasing and other business transactions, including negotiation of various business, commercial, and real estate agreements and contracts in matters involving purchase and sale of real estate, purchase and sale of assets; share sale and transfer; and commercial leases. He actively works with business owners on formation and operation of business provides services related to operating and shareholder agreements; confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements; and professional services and employment agreements.  

Vishal also helps clients with various family and business immigration matters. He assists  clients with immigrant and non-immigrant visas and naturalization applications, petitions, and qualifications. He prepares clients for their naturalization and visa interviews and the approval process.

Vishal earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University and his Master’s Degree from Saint Joseph’s University. He earned his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School. He is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati.
