The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County honored Attorney, Jennifer J. Riley as the  Business Person of the Year at its Annual Awards Celebration on December 14, 2022 at The Manor House at Prophecy Creek.

The Chamber’s Board of Directors selected Attorney Riley to receive this award in recognition of her success as a business leader and the many contributions and volunteer activities for which she is engaged within The Chamber’s service area.

The Law Offices of Jennifer J. Riley is honored that the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Family Law Section has selected our Supervising Attorney, Kimberly A. Dudick, Esq., to serve as Moderator for the 2022 Toby L. Dickman Seminar on November 2, 2022. Attorney Dudick also helped plan this popular, annual gathering of our region’s Family Law practitioners, which pays tribute to the memory of the late Hon. Toby L. Dickman, who dedicated her remarkable legal career to helping families, children, and victims of abuse.

As Moderator, Attorney Dudick led a panel discussion entitled, “Two’s Company, Three’s a Crowd,” which explored procedural, ethical, and legal issues related to Third Party involvement in Family Law matters. The Honorable Daniel J. Clifford, and Hearing Officer Caren Morrissey were among the distinguished speakers.

The conference will take place in-person on October 27, 2022, at the Normandy Farms Hotel and Conference Center in Blue Bell. Along with the 2022 Pennsylvania Conference for Women, this is the second major Women’s Conference the Firm has sponsored this month.

Power Your Potential is an annual networking and educational conference of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County that unites women from across the region “to collaborate and inspire for success.”  This year’s conference will include two Power Sessions, with seminars and workshops on a wide range of cutting-edge topics, including business leadership, productivity, health and wellness, and financial empowerment. Among the many distinguished speakers and honorees will be Emmy Award® winning television journalist, Nydia Han, HIP Chicks founder, Beth Allen, and Dr. Ala Stanford, Regional Director of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Attorney Riley earned her B.A. and M.A. at Villanova University, and completed her J.D. at Temple University, Beasley School of Law.  After work at a respected firm, Attorney Riley opened her law offices in 2013, growing from a small solo practice to a team of five attorneys.

The firm focuses on Family Law, including Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Alimony, Protection from Abuse, Prenuptial Agreements, Postnuptial Agreements, Spousal Support, Adoption, and Grandparents’ Rights. Attorney Riley is a co-author of Custody Law and Practice in Pennsylvania, as well as Drafting Marital Settlement Agreements, both publications of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. She authored “High Tech Cures for the Low Budget Case” for the American Bar Association and is a frequent public speaker at schools and local community events on the “Economics of Divorce” and Navigating the Family Law System”. She provides free consultations at community resource centers, including the Women’s Resource Center in Montgomery County and Chester County.

Jennifer considers it an honor to be chosen to speak as an inspirational leader of her fellow attorneys.  This event provided Jennifer with the opportunity to advise other attorneys on the legalities of Marital Settlement Agreements and how they are viewed in the court of law.
